At Crystal Cove & Co by Kelsyn, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

No Refunds or Exchanges

  • We do not issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the product.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at crystalcoveandco@gmail.com

  • To process your claim, we may request clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • If eligible, we will provide a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
